Nando (-46 lbs)

Nando's success is a testament to the power of consistency and motivation. He showed up every day, put in the work, and stayed committed to his goals. Starting at 231.9 lbs and then 6 months later being 174.5 lbs is an absolutely incredible accomplishment and I am beyond honored to have aided him in his journey. 

Leonard (-35 lbs)

Leonard's journey was not a traditional one. Starting training at 212 lbs he was making excellent progress weekly, by the end of  his 90 day check in he had lost 16 lbs. However, the unexpected happened as he had to undergo a shoulder surgery. Unsure that he was going to continue training, he completed his rehab and hit the ground running. By the end of  5 months of training he lost 35 total lbs.  

Andrew (-15 lbs)

Andrew started his fitness journey New Years day, His 90 day check-in showed that he went from 192 lbs to 177 lbs (and counting). This is what consistent dieting and a solid routine breeds, success.
